In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Luck 555" or "Platform" refers to the website, services, games, and all content provided under the Luck 555 brand, accessible at luck555.ws.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Luck 555 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the Member using valid and accurate information.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds (in MYR — Malaysian Ringgit) held in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a Member using their account balance on any game or market available at Luck 555.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional amount, free credits, or promotional offer granted by Luck 555 to Members subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Member must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

To use the Luck 555 platform and register as a Member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You 18 years of age or older or have reached the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are an individual residing in Malaysia and using this platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not restricted by any local laws prohibiting participation in online betting activities.
• You not currently on a self-exclusion list any responsible gambling programme.
• You are an individual and not a corporate entity, business, or institution.

Registering an account with Luck 555 is free and straightforward. However, there are important rules that must be observed:

• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account Luck 555. Holding multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the freezing of all balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, email address, and banking details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Identity verification: Luck 555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from Members (such as a copy of your MyKad) at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Luck 555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Luck 555 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

• DuitNow (FPX Transfer)
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX Internet Banking – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank & others

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Luck 555 does not accept third-party payments.
• Luck 555 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method where necessary.
• Any attempt to deposit funds via fraudulent means, counterfeit cheques, or unauthorized transactions will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.

Luck 555 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. Below are the withdrawal terms and procedures that Members should be aware of:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and 30–60 minutes for FPX transfers to a bank account.
• Your first withdrawal may require additional account verification, which can take up to 24 hours on business days.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, or be a bank account registered in the Member's name.
• Luck 555 reserves the right to request additional documents (such as bank statements or a copy of your MyKad) for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per transaction.
• If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank account details, the Member bears full responsibility for any resulting loss.

Luck 555 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 35x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Validity Period: Each bonus carries a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any bonus not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not activate two bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Bet: Some bonuses require a minimum bet amount (e.g., each bet must be at least RM5) to count towards the wagering requirement.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table casino games 10%–20%, and Sports Betting 100%.
• Luck 555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or opposing bets (bonus hunting) — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

All bets placed on the Luck 555 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules that may apply to individual game types or markets:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed unless a technical error is acknowledged by Luck 555.
• Luck 555 reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed based on incorrect odds or information resulting from a technical error or human error.
• For sports betting — including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), BWF badminton, tennis, and e-sports — the official decisions of the relevant governing body will serve as the final reference.
• If an event or match is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bets will be refunded in accordance with the specific rules stated for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed on the game interface. Luck 555 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Any bets placed using automation, bots, third-party software, or any other unauthorised method are strictly prohibited.

Luck 555 believes that entertainment is only meaningful when enjoyed responsibly. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Members may set their own deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may be reduced at any time.
• Loss Limit: Members may set a maximum loss limit for a given time period to manage their spending.
• Cooling-Off Feature: Members may request a temporary account suspension (between 24 hours and 30 days) to take a break from betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop permanently may apply for a long-term self-exclusion (ranging from 6 months to a lifetime).

Luck 555 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any Member without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Holding multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform system.
• Use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorized methods.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Upon request by relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings or by contacting our CS team. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Luck 555 provides the platform on a best-efforts basis to ensure smooth operations. However, there are liability limitations that Members should be aware of:

• Luck 555 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, except where such losses are directly caused by Luck 555's own negligence.
• Luck 555 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions.
• Luck 555 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet failure, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent Members from accessing the platform.
• Game results displayed on the platform are final. Any claim of a differing result must be supported by solid technical evidence.

Luck 555 is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner. The dispute resolution procedure is as follows:

• Step 1 – Contact CS: All disputes or complaints must first be submitted to our customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@luck555.ws within 72 hours from the date of the incident.
• Step 2 – Investigation: Our CS team will investigate complaints within 3–5 business days and provide a written response.
• Step 3 – Appeal: If a Member is dissatisfied with a CS decision, an appeal may be submitted to management within 14 days of receiving the initial response.
• The decisions of Luck 555 management are final for all disputes relating to game results, transaction processing, and platform technical matters.

Luck 555 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will:

• Published on the Luck 555 website with a clear effective date.
• Members will be notified via in-platform notification or registered email, at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect (except for immediate changes required for technical or legal reasons).
• Be deemed accepted by the Member if the Member continues to use the platform after the effective date of the relevant amendment.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Luck 555 recommends that Members revisit this document at least once every three months.
